About the intervention
Get to know your teammates and find out surprising things you have in common!
How to set it up.
Remote
Set up a Teams channel/Zoom link where the call can be held.
Divide the team into pairs and allocate them to breakout rooms.
Start a timer and give each pair 3 minutes to find 10 things that they have in common, and don’t have in common with their partner.
Reshuffle the breakout rooms, and continue for as long as desired.
In-person
Choose a venue, and some simple refreshments to bring along.
