About the intervention
Let your teammates get to know you by sharing your 5 most common emojis!
How to set it up.
In-person
Set a time, date and location and inform everybody about this.
Gather in a circle and have your phone in hand.
Remote
Set a platform where you have everybody's names along with a space next to it to upload the emojis.
What to do during.
In-person
Give each person 1 minute to show all 5 emojis to everybody.
Have a discussion afterwards where you say why you like using those emojis!
Remote
Set a 1-minute timer to upload the emojis next to each person's name.
Have a discussion afterwards where you say why you like using those emojis!
How you can mix it up ...
