About the intervention

A cheese and wine tasting session to celebrate an occasion.

How to set it up.

  • Select a time, date and venue.

  • Gauge attendance and send out invites.

  • Select the deli items to be ordered. This can be done with input from the attendees (e.g. members voting from a list of cheeses, deli meats, wines and other snacks). Alternatively, pre-made charcuterie boards are available to purchase.

  • Run the event as planned

What to do during.

How you can mix it up ...

Food from the world: A cheese a wine night is just one example of a food-based cohort intervention. Other tasting events could include chocolate or tapas!
