About the intervention

A board of collective aspirations and goals for coming term/year. Students tick off bucket list items that have been successfully completed at the end of the year, and the final board is shared with the whole cohort.

How to set it up.

  • Duplicate the Notion template provided into your personal Notion account.

  • Edit the table and views as you see fit, then lock the database so no further changes can be made to the columns, views, headers etc. and only content may be edited. 

  • Ensure permissions are set to "Allow Editing", and the database is locked, then share a link to the Page with your cohort.

  • Everyone who clicks the link should be able to add to the database via their Notion accounts but not be able to edit the overall structure.

What to do during.

  • Share the Notion page with the cohort at the beginning of the academic year, then prompt everyone to revisit it at the end of the year.

  • Set a deadline for completing Bucket List items 

  • Share cohort achievements via email newsletter, Instagram, Facebook or a slide show at a special event.
