  • Create a Google or Outlook calendar and share it with the cohort. Detailed instructions can be found below

What to do during.

  • Once the calendar is created and shared, cohort members can add events to the calendar. The cohort can refer to this calendar for the special occasions of choice.

Birthday: For birthdays of cohort members


Parties/Gatherings: For cohort-organised parties or gatherings


Holiday events: For holiday events like Christmas meals


Cohort-organised field trips: For field trips like gallery visits or weekend trips
