About the intervention
Design and make your own personalised hoodies with and for your cohort.
How to set it up.
Set up a team of 2-4 people who will lead the process
Choose a personalised hoodie retailer
Submit a form to determine which members would like a hoodie and which members would like to opt out
Schedule an ideation session with the cohort
What to do during.
Ideation sessions
Create a shared Miro board https://miro.com/
Create a Zoom/ Google Meets/ MS Teams meeting and send the link to participants
Add post-its and images of potential styles, prints, fabrics, etc.
Design the hoodies
Use the feedback from the ideation session to design the hoodie on the chosen retailer website
(optional) Show designs to cohort for approval
Making the hoodies:
Order the hoodies
Arrange for payments through bank transfer or cash
Hand out the hoodies when they arrive

Design competition: Have a cohort-wide hoodie design competition and vote for the best design. Offer some exciting awards too!
