About the intervention
Quiz night with the members of the cohort. The goal is to have an informal funny session. It is preferred to ask questions about the cohort members, letting others know more about everyone.
How to set it up.
Each member prepares questions about him/herself and sends them to the facilitator privately.
The facilitator will upload the questions to a Menti (online) or just prepare them in a document if the activity will be held in person.
What to do during.
Remote
The facilitator will lead the session and ask everyone to answer the quiz in Menti, the timings are defined by the app but the reading of responses will be lead by him/her.
In-person
In this case, the dynamic will depend on the size of the cohort. For smaller groups the facilitator can read out loud the question and then countdown 3,2,1... attendees then need to point out to who they think is the answer for the question.
For larger groups it is recommended to use Menti and project it on a screen, then every participant can join the quiz from their own phone/laptop and everyone sees the results in the screen.
How you can mix it up ...
Themes: The questions may vary depending on the goal and willingness to collaborate from cohort members. If members want to send their own funny stories then the questions can be compiled and done around "who did this". If the facilitator can' have these questions beforehand then questions like "who is most likely to do this" are preferred.
