About the intervention
Get to know members of your team with an online version of the classic party game musical chairs!
How to set it up.
Register for Gathertown.
Create a room with several private spaces (with some identifiable object such as a carpet on the floor).
Prepare a list of conversation prompts.
Prepare a list of good background music.
What to do during.
Invite team members to the room.
Encourage participants to move around while the background music is playing.
Stop the music suddenly and instruct the players to speak with whoever is in the same private space until the music restarts randomly.
