About the intervention
Start the day off with an open mind and positive vibes, either remotely or in-person.
How to set it up.
Select a meditation programme to follow, or follow a meditation video on YouTube.
For remote sessions, consider using Watch2gether so you can all stream the same video at the same time.
What to do during.
Select a regular morning time slot convenient for the team.
Follow a short meditation programme on YouTube or a different platform such as Headspace.
There are also some yoga exercises that could be done, which can be taken from Youtube too.
How you can mix it up ...
Meditation leader: Each day, a different person can lead the meditation session and try out different exercises, such as breathing exercises, etc.
Background music: Different background music can also be changed every day, e.g. Indian mantras, piano songs, etc.
Environment: Some incense sticks can also be burnt if the intervention takes place in-person.
