About the intervention
Get to know your teammates better by asking questions about who is most likely to fit a category.
How to set it up.
Both remote and in-person
Decide on a list of categories (examples in resources).
Remote
Set up a Teams channel/Zoom link where the call can be held.
Prepare a Miro board to share statements and for your team to write down decisions.
In-person
Choose a venue, and some simple refreshments to bring along.
Prepare a white board and markers to share statements and pens and paper for your team to write down decisions.
What to do during.
Both remote and in-person
Share one statement, and give all the team members 20 seconds to think about who they would choose, and write their decision down.
Have everyone reveal their answers at the same time and discuss!
