About the intervention
A forum with restricted access (only cohort members) where members can express concerns, anxieties, and ask questions. Members may also choose to post anonymously by not logging in.
How to set it up.
A person from the year cohort (e.g. academic rep) creates a Padlet and moderates it.
Share the link with the rest of the year cohort.
Set ground rules for the information that you can post on Padlet (e.g. only academic-related concerns, respectful, etc.)
What to do during.
Anybody can reply to the posts on Padlet, as long as they comply with the ground rules that have been set. The moderator (the person that creates the Padlet, e.g. academic rep) also controls this.
