About the intervention
Taking personality tests is a great way of knowing everybody's strengths and using them in order to work more effectively as a team. Take a personality tests with your teammates and share the results.
How to set it up.
Organise a team meeting to discuss the results of the personality test.
All team members should do the chosen personality test beforehand.
What to do during.
Participants should take turns sharing their results and share key takeaways from their personalities.
After everyone has presented, take 10 minutes to reflect as a team on how to best work with each other, and what possible roles could be assigned to who.
