About the intervention
There are many parks around the city where you can have a picnic and enjoy the weather!
How to set it up.
Create a spreadsheet with different items that people should bring and share the document with the rest of the team, allowing individuals to select which foods/drinks they would like to bring.
If the picnic is thematic then everyone should be notified of the dress code. Props make for good photo opportunities too.
