About the intervention
Draw a hat on a whiteboard (e.g. Miro) and set it as the background on MS Teams, Zoom, etc. for a day
How to set it up.
Set whiteboard on a platform (e.g. Miro).
What to do during.
Set timer for drawing a hat (3 min).
Set a 1 min timer to describe the hat with 5 words.
Take a screenshot of the hat and set it as your background on MS Teams, Zoom, etc. One person should be in charge of setting the platform, the timer and explaining the instructions to the rest.
How you can mix it up ...
Themes: There could be themes added when drawing the hat (e.g. use one colour only, one type of hat, draw a hat that defines somebody from the team, make them set the background with a hat that somebody else drew, etc.).
